Advisors made handmade buttons
Advisor Kristin Bowyer is making the buttons. Advisor Gabriela Dampier also helped her make the buttons.
On November 21, 2013 Student Council Advisors made buttons to give out at the rally for members of the sports teams to wear.
Advisor Kristin Bowyer said, “It’s a lot of work, but it’s worth it as long as the students enjoy them, that it’s worth all the hard work.” She also said, “We knew that students really liked having buttons, but weren’t allowed because of school rules, so we wanted to make ones for students that could wear.”
Advisors Gabriela Dampier and Kristin Bowyer made about 150 buttons in a day.
