Students are put in intervention classes for two weeks when they need extra help on a specific school topic. The topic for six graders was graphing skills and the topic for the eight graders was graphing velocity.

Sixth grader, Anthony Ayala said,” Having an extra class for a topic you really need extra help on is great because I get to understand that topic better.”

Eighth grader, Sandy Torres said, ”My grade sometimes improves in my class after having two weeks of extra help on a topic I needed help on.”

Many other students have also said that having two weeks to work on a topic you need help on really does improve the skills in the class of that topic and the topic.
