Many people now have wondered if there are other earth like planets. Astronomers have found a new earth like planet deep in space.

The new plant found is called Kelper 186f. This planet has many possibilities for maintaining life. It is orbits in  a habitable zone where water can exist in liquid form. Kelper 186f is in the right distance from a star where life can actually survive. Finding this new planet its reasnonable to assume that other planets like this exist. This new planet is only fifty percent more wider thatn earth. Although the planet is almost earth’s size it is 490 light years away from a group of stars called Cygnus. This new discovery might be one adventure for a future generation. Their is a small but not unrealistic chance that intelligent life could be inhabiting Kelper 186f   since our SETI Institute Allen Telescope Arrayhad read large frequency signals from that part of space.

Isaac Mayoral expressed that this is a great discovery. ” This is a great discovery because humans had never encountered an earth like planet until now,” Isaac said. He thinks that this will affect our future generation because it can help human life survive when our planet is not life sustainable anymore. He also expressed that he is really interested in traveling there to know how life is at Kelper 186f.

According to Vanessa D’Amico ” Since Kelper 186f is so similar to earth, maybe human kind could live on it.” D’Amico  also expressed that she would like to travel there because it might be cleaner and brand new. ” This is a amazing discovery because it gives us a brand new chance to start fresh in a new world, and I hope that the planet is safe and nothing’s wrong with it.
