Sue Jean Foulkes, the school principal, is in charge of dividing students into a two week intervention/enrichment class by using suggestions from all the Animo teachers.

She said “ It’s easy now because I have a system.”

Foulkes system involves different steps to divide the students into the classes.

1) She asks the teachers to identify which students need to be in Intervention.

2) She divides all the other students into 24 students per class.

3) All the other students that don’t need Intervention get divided with other teachers left.

This is how Foulkes system looks like when she is going to divide the students into the Intervention and Enrichment classes.
