They spoke about how parents/guardians and students are able to access Power School to check on the students grades and details about them. To email a teacher they can click on the teacher’s name. In addition, students can go to Guided Study for more help. It is available from 3:15-4:30 p.m. Monday is Math, Tuesday is English, Thursday is Science & History.
School principal Sue Jean Foulkes said, “The purpose of the meeting was to inform our eighth grade parents about promotion policy, to let them know about all of the eighth grade activities, and to start setting up parent committees for the 8th grade dance.”
Final grades are uploaded by five p.m. on May 31. Students may not be sent to the office or be suspended by any teachers as of May 23 or they will not participate in the activities.
