How racism occurs … through Barbie dolls
It’s no surprise that racism is common. Chances are you or your family have been racist at some point. But it isn’t always so noticeable. Sometimes racism is so subtle you think it’s normal. And other times it’s so out there you wonder how it could even happen. My photo essay uses Barbie dolls to demonstrate some of the ways that racism occurs in our society.
