“I like what I teach because it’s just science and it’s interesting… and even as I’m planning my lessons… I’m always like, thinkin about what else can I do? And the way I see it like… if I’m bored of my lesson I know everybody else is gonna be bored and like unfortunately, like there’s things sometimes you can’t avoid it, like assessment days and it is what it is, but in general I do have control over what we do in the classroom and that is what I enjoy doing, lesson planning.”

Somethings I learned is that Ms.Alamilla checks to see if her lessons are boring or not. I also learned that she enjoys what she does like lesson planning.

Something I didn’t know about Ms. Alamilla is that she judges her lesson plan on whether she also finds it fun or not.
