Pedro Garcia is Amaurie Poventud’s Grandpa. He loves to work a lot and he loves all of his children a lot!

Amaurie Poventud: Ummm, how do you like your job? Can you explain it? 
Pedro Garcia: [awkward thinking silence] I cant explain it. [Both me and my Grandpa laugh]
AP: Like- do you like your job? Do you like being an electrician?
PG: Ah si mi bieho. Me gusta mucho. 
AP: How do your job? Like h-
PG: Es mucho trabajo pesado, Y es mucho trabajo.
AP: Um… when did you like get a job? Like 12, 9?
PG: Uh… it starts in the morning because you have to collect materials for the work you’re going to do. You have to start working and it ends very late.
AP:  Mm. Okay. How was your childhood growing up?
PG: Mis hijos?
AP: Si.
PG: My children? Yes. My children have grown up a lot thanks to them being very precious.  
AP: Um… like when you were young did you play like any games? 
PG: Uh… when I was a kid I played a lot of different games.
AP: Can you describe some?
PG:  Uh… one of the games was on the streets where I lived. We had a lot of kids to play football, play the trot, play ballero, canikas. And we competitions on the streets. Caye de caye.
AP: Okay. Um… Can I ask a question about your job?
PG: Uh huh. 
AP: Your job, like how do you do your work? Like do you, like, what type of work do you do exactly? Do you put wires together or do you just-
PG: Usually my job is to make electrical installation to give a new service to a house, install engines to open doors like there, install outlets, lamps, make new installation, existing installation, renovate them, make new services, like putting in editors or implementing the layout of each service through city permits.
AP: Ok. Gracias o Pa.
PG: Si mi hijo.
