The story behind a science teacher
Lora Walters is the Animo Jefferson Charter Middle School science teacher.
“I love teaching and I like to pass on the love for learning also I believe in education and how it can change people’s life,” said Walters. She started as a teacher’s aid and after other experiences she knew she would become a teacher. She loves her job and especially when her students make her laugh.
Walters is the teacher for eighth and seventh grade. She has been a teacher for six years.
