On a Tuesday morning 40 students went to the Museum of Tolerance to learn about the Holocaust. To go on the field trip, students had to write about the story of Anne Frank and what people had gone through during the Holocaust.
We interviewed some students (Betsy Sanchez, Kevin Barcenas, Giovanny Romero) who went to the Museum of Tolerance:
Betsy Sanchez said, “We saw the pictures of the survivors and the people that saved the kids because they were across from each other and that was very interesting to me.”
Kevin Barcenas said, “Something interesting was the replica of the gas- there was a full replica where you could see the pipes that would let down the stuff that would kill them.”
Giovanny Romero said, “We got a little picture of a little kid and at the end we got to see if our little kid survived or not.”
