Ross Snyder Park is a park in my community that I use for hanging out with my friends, playing around or just playing basketball with Luis Villalobos and sometimes by myself. Sometimes I watch my cousin play his soccer games at Ross Snyder Park. Other times I’m with my friends Angel Castillo and Gerson Quiroz. One problem at the Ross Snyder Park is that there are a lot of shootings and it’s dangerous in general for people to just roam around.
One of the people at the basketball court at Ross Snyder Park gave his response when I asked him what he uses the basketball court for.
“I use the basketball court to play with friends to practice and get better at basketball.”
Another guy said, “I use the court to get better at doing what I enjoy, one day to play professionally,” he said.
