Tesla–which was originally called Tesla Motors–is known for their electric vehicles and is also known for self-driving cars and also for their new cyber trucks. Tesla is currently working on a robot which is called Optimus.

Tesla’s founder is always confused with Elon Musk. Tesla however, was not founded by Elon Musk. Tesla was originally called Tesla Motors and was founded in 2003 by Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning. Tesla’s first project
Tesla’s first project was the Model S, which was made in 2012, and is how Tesla got recognition. The Model S started at $79,990. However, Tesla raised their prices for the car by $5,000, which makes the car $94,990 according to Tesla’s website. The Model S has been around for 13 years. It is still the top car in all of Tesla because of its technology, performance and its luxury features. Tesla’s robot?
Tesla released a robot called “Optimus.” The Tesla robot is mainly used for boring, repetitive, or dangerous tasks in your household settings. The Tesla robot was first announced on August 2021 during Tesla’s AI day. The robot cost between $20,000 to $30,000, which makes it cheaper than any other robots. Kim Kardashian with Tesla robot
Kim Kardashian is a supposed Tesla lover. She has a Tesla Cybertruck and is now a Tesla robot owner. She posted on X (formerly known as Twitter) a video of her and her new robot with the caption of “meet my new friend 🦾🤖 @tesla.” In that video, she taught the robot how to blow a kiss, make a hand heart, and win a game of rock paper scissors. According to eighth grade student Katelyn Hernandez, “I think Tesla is a little overpriced but the cars in general are cool and have a l0t of cool features.”
According to AJMS history teacher Mr. Guardado, “I got Tesla to save time and money, I don’t really care about the whole Elon Musk controversy because everyone has their own opinion, but overall having a Tesla has made life easier because you can just control the car with your phone.”
