Family means a lot to me and since a lot of my family is in Mexico, we try to visit every chance we get. For my second trip to Mexico, I went with all four of my siblings to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary are on my dad’s side of the family. They are the parents of my dad’s cousin, so we knew them very well. These photos try to capture what family means to me, even if they live far away. Throughout this trip, I learned a lot about my family and their history.
On February 6, I flew to Mexico with my other siblings. Once we arrived it was already night and it was around 10:30 when we landed at the airport.
