Growing up I was quite honestly spoiled with all kinds of toys, including plushies and dolls. I thought I would never get rid of them and would keep them forever. That can be considered true to some extent. I’ve since gifted my toys to my younger cousins, but there are a few that I’ve kept over the years. Along with the ones that I’ve kept, I’ve gained a few new ones. I might not play with the toys anymore, but they are important to me because of the memories I have associated with them.
It seems that despite not playing with toys anymore, I still keep getting a hold of them. On a small couch, in my room, is a collection that consists of almost all of the toys and plushies that I have. I keep them all together as a reminder of the prime moments they represent.
