This Christmas break, many exciting movies will come out that you can watch with friends and family.

On December 20, 2013, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues will premiere as PG-13. This movie includes actors such as Will Ferrell and Steve Carell. In this movie, after Ron Burgundy gets fired from his job due his wife getting a promotion. He returns to San Diego to track down his old news casting team and return to New York to launch a 24-hour news network.

On December 13, 2013, the second movie in a Trilogy series, The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, will also premiere as PG-13. Actors such as Ian McKellen, Martin Freeman, and Richard Armitage will be seen. In The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug, The Hobbit, Thorin Oakenshield, and his group of dwarves go on a journey to reclaim the mountain of Erebor.

Actors such as Kevin Hart, Sylvester Stallone, and Robert de Niro will be seen in Grudge Match. This movie premieres on December 25, 2013, and it is about a pair of retired boxers coming back to one final match after their last fight about 30-years ago.

December 3 was the release day for Wolverine, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, and The Smurfs 2. Despicable Me 2 and Fast and Furious 6 were released on December 10.

Paul Walker, who plays Brian O’Conner in the Fast and Furious series, who unfortunately died on a car crash November 30, was the founder of the institution Reach Out WorldWide. A portion of the proceeds from the movie, Fast and Furious 6 will be donated to the organization.
