Not everyone can be able to cook, especially children since they depend on their guardians to give them nutritious meals. Sometimes the adults can’t feed their children or themselves. Cooking at a young age prepares kids to cook nutritious meals for themselves in the future and not depend on others to cook for them.

In addition, some positive to cooking is it relieves stress, helps you understand cultures and customs and flavor of food, boost self-esteem, make your favorite food, boosted your health and wellness, can be used to show love, spend time with who you cook with, can express your creativity, lets you use your brain, make food that follows your dietician suggestion.

However, cooking isn’t all good, there are also some bad parts of cooking. Such as the difficulty of learning how to cook, often making mistakes, injuring yourself, may take a long time to make food, constantly having to go to the grocery store to buy ingredients, and a mess being left behind too.
