For the last two weeks, students were working on origami.

Many students enjoyed going to their new advisories to learn how to do origami.

Seventh grader, Angie Copado said, ” I was really surprised when my adviser told the class we were going to learn origami. I had fun learning something I thought I would never be able to do.”

Eighth grader, Wendy Ayala said, “Making origami was really interesting and you can really use your concentration.”

Students learned how to make different types of paper origami such as a crane, jumping frog, ladybugs, dogs, and a star. Many other students also described origami being really fun.
