On Friday, May ninth, the Students Run LA team of 2013-2014, will rejoin one last time to go to a field trip to Golf N’ Stuff.

Many runners were surprised and disappointed this year because they couldn’t choose which Amusement Park to go to, however not Ana Martinez and Moises Lopez.

For Ana, it didn’t really matter where she went, as long as she spend time with her SRLA team. She said, “I was happy and excited that we get to spend more time with our team, now that we don’t see much of each other any more.”

Moises didn’t really care where he would be taken to because as long as they were rewarded for all their hard work, it was fine with him. “I feel rewarded and proud to go because of all the hard work we all put into our training to run the marathon,” said Moises.

Many SRLA runners will remember this day because it will be a day where they would have no worries. They will be able to relax and have fun with their team. This day is their reward for the runners taking most of their time to practice and finish the marathon.
