Mardi Gras, eighth grade dance
On May 30, AJCMS eighth graders had their last dance as middle school kids.
Eighth grader, Maya Robinson said that it was a night to remember and she had a lot of fun.
Eighth grader, Miguel Palma said he had a lot fun, and that it was a great experience.
The students were fed chicken and spaghetti. They had a night filled with dancing and fun. The dance was from 7pm-10pm. There was also a photo booth at the dance. At the end of the dance most eighth graders gave each other a group hug, and they also took a class photo.
Some students scram, “Turn down for what” once the dance was over. It was said by many students that it was an unforgettable night.
