June 2, the day before promotion, eighth graders got to go to Knott’s Berry Farm as their eighth grade field trip.

Eighth grader, Wendy Ayala said, “I have never been in an amusement park before so this was really exciting.” She also said that after she got on Silver Bullet she was in shock and too afraid to go on anymore big rides.

The students were allowed to be by themselves with out supervision on their field trip. Although they were free they had to go check in with their advisory teacher or teacher assigned for a check in to make sure everything was okay. Students were given a ticket to get food at any restaurant in the amusement park.
