Tacos from “El Estado De Mexico”
Leonila Carbajal a taco seller, from El Estado de Mexico makes tacos that are different kinds of rich and moisturized meats. Her tacos almost compare as if there were sended straight from Mexico. The flavor of the entire taco makes us remember of Mexico itself. My most favorite was tacos del pastor, for the reason that the meat is heated at a low-medium temperature, the meat too is also not that burn, to come out with an appropriate color, and for it to be soft and to be soaked with its own juice. The texture of the meat was thoroughly cooked as well. This authentic meat makes people’s mouth water and carve for more. Other meats that she includes when making her orders include de pollo, asada, and lengua. Her meat is cut to a perfect bite size.
What also makes her tacos even more tastier is that her tortillas are made by hand. Not to mention that she also makes pupusas de queso with beans and loroco. Most people wonder how can a Mexican person make a authentic plate from El Salvador. Something that also makes her pupusas unique is that she makes her thing called curtido ,a special ensalada/salsa that is placed over the pupusa to make the plate taste even better. Her tacos make people come together, and have a bite to remember them of their memories. Carbajal only sells her tacos to the customers who call her to make tacos for special occasions. The cost of the food only depend on the amount of food needed.
