How different states responded to the coronavirus?
The coronavirus has closed down everything and made families suffer medically and financially. But not all states have handled covid the same, and there have been different outcomes across states.
As of March 22, California has 3,547,278 confirmed cases of COVID-19, resulting in 56,545 deaths. California was one of the first states to impose restrictions like schools closures and requiring mask wearing. In recent weeks, most of the state’s 58 counties have been able to move out of the most restrictive purple tier in California’s reopening framework and public health officials have said progress through the tiers is ongoing.
California’s approach to covid has been different from other states. For example, places like Arizona began reopening much earlier than California, but due to an increase in cases bars and some attractions have had to close. Florida has had few limitations in place statewide since the beginning, and Disney World reopened last July. Florida is still reporting the most new daily cases of covid.

In conclusion, the coronavirus has had an enormous effect this past year. It has made things close down. Places and businesses are starting to reopen, but I don’t think it will be the same. You still have to take precautions because you don’t want anyone to get sick. Please wear a mask and minimize the spread.
