Driving cross country during a pandemic through a divided nation
After the first few months of the pandemic spent volunteering at the LA Food Bank, attending protests, and keeping up with distance learning from home, I learned that we’d be starting the new school year in the fall online. Deciding to start the year closer to family, I set out in July on a cross country drive to my twin brother’s house in St. Petersburg, Florida. Along the way, I explored new landscapes and witnessed our divided country.

It is interesting how you travel in you car to Florida. It was also kind of you to help in the LA Food Bank.
