Many Green Dot high schools have already had raffles to see who got accepted into their high schools.

Eighth grader, Fredi Sanchez said, “I feel sad that I didn’t get into the high schools I applied to because I want to go to a Green Dot high school. I want to go to one of these high schools because they get two weeks of Spring Break.”

Many students only applied to Animo Ralph Bunche, hoping they would get accepted. Some students that only applied to Animo Ralph Bunche did not get accepted and do not know were to go. They do not want to go to a public high school such as Thomas Jefferson and Santee Education Complex but they do not have another choice.

Animo Ralph Bunche had their raffle on December 7th and Animo Jackie Robinson had their raffle on December the 12th. The last high school that had their raffle was Animo Pat Brown, which was on December 15th.
