8th grader and US History teacher Gabriela Dampier are staring at each other
8th grader and US History teacher Gabriela Dampier are staring at each other. Dampier’s reason for staring at Raul would be that he started it and he likes to make problems worse (instigator).

Last week, the koala bear known as “Lola” from Gabriela Dampier’s US history class, went missing and Raul Lopez, an eighth grader at Animo Jefferson Charter Middle School, was the prime suspect in her disappearance. Dampier was very suspicious about Raul whenever he opened his backpack and was looking inside of it. Most of the class was defending Raul, but they felt that he could have been responsible for it as well.

” I suspected Raul because he stole my koala before and he looked suspicious,” said Dampier.

Raul said, “I felt offended because out of the entire class they suspected me.”

During a meeting, Dampier had mentioned the disappearance of her stuffed koala to Jaime Carbajal, Assistant Principle of AJCMS, and he revealed to her that he was responsible for hiding the koala. Carbajal hid the koala, Lola, to teach her a lesson about leaving her classroom door unlocked. At the time of this event Dampier had left her room to help out the running team.
