Fun fact: According to Graham Psychology, music has the very special power to bring back deeply buried memories to you again. For example, a particular song can remind you of a wonderful experience you may have had decades ago. It can also bring back pain that you once felt and flush your brain with grief from the past.
Music:
The songs you listen to make you feel emotions, like sad, happy, or mad. It can change your mood now, Listening to sad or happy music can lead to bringing back old emotions, moments or memories. When listening to some kind of beat or music that you like, your body can react in several different ways such as nodding your head, tapping your feet, snapping your fingers, or singing along with the song.
Emotions/feelings:
Musics can make you feel all kinds of emotions. Any kinds of emotions. Music and emotions are personal, not ALL songs will give off the same vibes as others think it will. For example if someone listens to a song they might think of someone they love and crave while another person would just think of happiness, nothing lovely just happy. All songs are different, not all people will think the same vibes like other people think.
Focus and stress:
Music has also been shown to improve focus and attention and boost mental performance when studying or when working on a task. So, if you find yourself zoning in and out of work or study, try listening to some stimulating tracks to power your attention. Steer clear of any music with lots of lyrics or a distracting beat, instead, opt for some classical music.
Listening to music can also help you with stress or calm down. As for teens, songs are very helpful for teens. Since teens have a lot of emotions, music could help them calm down. Music tends to hit us a deep level.
Whether it is sad music that feels relatable when we are going through hard times or joyful music that adds an extra bounce to your step, music is incredibly powerful. Music has the ability to bring us joy and comfort, to motivate us and to help us relax. It has the power to transport us back in time, to calm our worried minds or boost our moods. There really is a song for every emotion.
