Eighth graders at Animo Jefferson Charter Middle School received free ice cream on Monday November 25th because they won the spirit week contest.

” I am so happy we won the ice cream because it tastes so good!” said Sandy Torres, eight grader at AJCMS.  But some seventh and sixth graders were also disappointed that they didn’t get any free ice cream. “I knew that the seventh graders weren’t going to win, but i feel bad for the sixth graders because they behave really good and they participated, so I really thought that they were going to win”  said Michael Cruz, seventh grader at AJCMS.

The students were given a ticket during sixth period in order to receive the ice cream.
